By summer, Valera had grown long hair and a beard. We took a hair clipper with us on vacation to the Crimea. Over the course of a month, we gradually cut off some parts of his hair or beard so that by the end of the month there was nothing left. It was a continuation of the 1972 performance "A Week of cutting hair".
